I mounted GVM led panels on the wall in a video studio with these, they were surprisingly stout. Very well made. Unfortunately for Adorama I ordered 3, one is back ordered, and it’s been weeks I still haven’t received it. They didn’t tell me it was back ordered until I had completed the order or I would have shopped somewhere else.

It is a Matthews 3" Baby Plate, how can you really review it? You either need it to mount a light or some piece of Grip equipment or you have no idea what it is. The Matthews 3" Baby Plate does exactly what is says on the tin. Actually there isn't even a tin - these types of specialized mounting plates just...are. They exist. To do one job. They will not become obsolete or require a software upgrade. They will likely be around long after mankind is extinct. So, buy one if you need one, it will do the job.
