Good scope for the price.

This Mueller 4.5-14X40mm works just fine on my Marlin XT 22LR. heavy barrel. Shoots one hole 5 shot groups at 50 yards.

Great sope - always "back-ordered"

Super quality scopes -- too bad they are shipped from manufacturer and always seem to be "back-ordered". Would be nice if the order-takers here actually "stocked" them!

" FOR THE MONEY A GREAT BUY "

This scope was recommended to me by several former military snipers that use this scope on their .22 Rimfires. So far it has lived up to its billing. I too use it on a .22 Rimfire that is shot out to 400 yards and the adjustments have been repeatable and the glass is decent. My only complaint is that the owners manual is very generic and does not have information needed on this model. I wanted to know what the elevation adjustment range was and it was nowhere to be found. I had to find this out the old fashion way and turned the turret all the way down and then counted revolutions to the top.

Outstanding value and performence

I have this scope mounted on a CZ 527 Varmint in .223. By far the best value in a 30mm tube scope in the under $200 range. Bright and clear with an excellent field of view.

• The new Mueller APT offers the same wide angle field of view and eye relief as the APV, but in a tactical version. The APT has fully exposed target turrets with ½" windage and elevation adjustment, a 30mm tube for more internal adjustment range and a fast focus eye piece. The magnification ring is also highlighted green on 10x, which indicates the setting for accurate Mil Dot measurements.
• The APT is a great "All- Purpose Tactical" scope but can also be used by the hunter to accurately compensate for windage and bullet drop at longer ranges.
