We love Mevo cameras... we use 5 in the livestreaming of our church services (with Livestream's Studio software). Image quality is great, portability is fantastic...

Great for livestreaming church services

One BIG problem... Can you say AUDIO. Video is worthless without a qulity audio track or two. Why can't you plug directly into the MEVO. MEVO is forcing you to purchase additional expensive equipment to use external audio. NOT COOL.

Doesn't keep a connection and the automatic scene switcher sucks as it moves irrationally gives to much head room switches from wide to close up randomly without reason.  Great idea poor execution maybe future products will improve upon the design and implementation

Nope Just nope

Nifty little camera but takes some time getting used to - at least it did for me. And you best have a recent mobile device. I tried on my Samsung Galaxy S7 and it lagged - oh boy did it lag. I then switched to a Galaxy S9+ and it was much smoother.I am very happy with the quick color options but it isn't as fluid of a change when in live mode.All in all, it's a nice little device.

I bought the Mevo camera for my podcast "It's like a podcast or whatever" and it's been great. We have a live podcast that streams to either Facebook or Youtube, depending on hosts preference, ever week and this makes for a SUPERFAST and easy setup. Lock the MEVO onto a tripod, log into the servers and you're set.It's got face tracking and you can manipulate camera settings directly through the MEVO app or set it to record directly to the memory card for later transfer/edits.For a beginner, I'd totally recommend this device. It's better than a webcam and has a lot more features than most webcams offer, even up to this price point. ...actually, while you're here you should check out our podcast. MEVO, for the people

Mevo is  a great solution for multiple camera setup in a single unit. The down side is the video quality is extremely grainy in low light.  Will have to clean up noise in post. Not a huge problem but it is a bit annoying.  Overall, despite noise issues, it was a good purchase; however, I can only give 3 stars due to noise.

I ordered the Mevo camera.  For some reason it had trouble connecting.  I called Adorama and told them the issue and they replaced the camera quickly.  The new camera works great

Great deal---but be prepared to find the Mevo instructions on youtube as hardly anything comes with the units.

Mevo Bundle

As far as it performance it what I thought it would do. I love how easy it is to go from one setting to another. Only problem was having to send the first camera back for a replacement. The first one was defective. But this one seems to work fine. It was a problem with it charging, but it seems to be chargiing now.

This is a great tool for streaming, and has some really fun capabilities that make your live stream look like you have a fancier setup. I also love the size and EASE of operation. We've used it to stream a Sunday service, and quickly and easily moved it to a classroom to stream.  I'm looking forward to updates that will allow for improved picture sharpness and YouTube integration. We're happy about this!
