I ordered this Movophoto extension cable to work with the Movophoto VXR10 Pro microphone.

It works fine on the microphone feature, but it did not work with the headphone output on the microphone.  The audio output works fines on the microphone, but the headphone output does not work when the extension cable is used.

The specifications said that this cable is a TRRS male to TRRS female cable.  Yet the audio did not work.  Is this cable defective?
