Boasting a resolution of 8 megapixels the Minox DTC 600 provides an outstanding imaging quality with pin-sharp details, high contrast and natural color rendition. The powerful infrared flash with a range of up to 15 meters produces reliable images even at night. The wavelength range of the flash is invisible both to people and animals due to a black filter positioned in front of the infrared flash. This makes the DTC 600 an ideal tool for hunting grounds and also for safeguarding property and for personal safety.

Greater flexibility and efficiency during recordings thanks to the intelligently designed motion detector: Based on the individually adjustable sensitivity the camera only captures desired objects and excludes all recordings of irrelevant motions such as those of branches or grass.

Thanks to the extremely short shutter delay of just 1 second and a battery life of more than 6 months, this DTC 600 is a reliable companion in hunting grounds and game parks. All data are stored on a SD card and can be directly read from the integrated 2.0 inch monitor or can be transferred to a computer or TV via the USB port. Additionally the data can be stored on the SD card. A code makes it impossible for others to unlock the DTC 600. A padlock also protects the DTC 600 against theft. The reliable camera technology of the Minox DTC 600 is protected by a sturdy and weatherproof plastic body that keeps out water, dust, cold and heat.

5.1MP Resolution
The CMOS image sensor at the heart of the camera has a resolution of 5.1MP and captures images and video with high contrast and color accuracy. You can increase the 5.1MP resolution in-camera to an interpolated 8.0MP.

PIR Motion Sensor
The passive infrared sensor detects the changes in temperature that occur when subjects move and triggers the camera to capture images in response. It has an adjustable sensitivity that allows you to capture only desired objects, while excluding extraneous movement. The detection range of the sensor depends upon external factors, such as surrounding temperature. High sensitivity is generally best used in the summer, while medium is best used in the spring or fall and low is ideal in the winter.

Features a 2" TFT color display screen.

Infrared LED Flash
Equipped with an IR flash composed of LEDs. A black filter in front of the flash makes the LEDs invisible to both humans and wildlife--just like the light of the flash itself. The flash has a range of 49.2'. Capture clear images, even in unfavorable lighting conditions, such as twilight or complete darkness.

Video Recording
Capture movies at a resolution of 640 x 480 in 10-30 sec clips.

Time Lapse Shooting
Capture images at pre-set intervals to monitor change over time.

Day and Night Exposures
Shoots in color during the day and black-and-white at night. All 50 of the camera's LEDs light up red in IR Night Mode.

Date, Time, Temperature and Moon Phase Stamps
Date, time, temperature and the phase of the moon are imprinted on your images.

Manual Release
This option allows you to use the DTC 600 as a normal digital camera. Frame and compose shots on the display and capture photos and videos. Select "Manual Release" in the menu to enable this feature.

SD/SDHC Memory Cards
The camera saves your photos and videos to the included SD memory card. SD/SDHC memory cards up to 32GB in capacity are accepted. You can encode your data on the card to prevent unauthorized access.

Connectivity
USB port and included USB cable enable you to transfer images and videos to your computer.

User Interface
Features a user-friendly interface with six button controls.

Password Protection
This function enables you to enter a 4-digit password to prevent unauthorized use of your camera. When password protection is activated, the camera cannot be operated without entering your password.
