William L : Does the SCA 3402 allow High Speed Sync when used with a Nikon D-3 and a Metz 54 MZ - 4i flash?JOSEPH M : No. Hi speed sync comes from the flash unit. So if you flash unit does not offer hi speed sync then it wont with the adapter.

This Little Cube Saved Me Over $200.

This unit is being used on Mecablitz 54 MZ-3, and a Leica R8 camera. I recently obtained a Nikon D40X. I wanted to use the 54 MZ-3 with it, SCA3502 was not compatable. The purchase of the SCA 3002 allowed me use this flash with the 54 MZ-3, --- NO PROBLEMO (so far).
