Love the dividers

It never showed and when I called and tried to figure out what happen got little support I ordered a 960 and was to be replaced by the 955 nothing showed and they tell me it arrived and got asked to fill this review.     They seem to sell you out of stock items and offer replacement and then nothing arrives
