Easy to adjust the strap, rechargeable is a great plus for the durability. Another great option is the ability to change brightness.

This lightweight headlamp works perfectly for my wife?s early morning runs. On high it lasts 6 hours and puts out more than enough light for her safety. We paired this with the small beacon light (NU005?) and are quite happy.

I have ordered twice headlamps and my overall review is EXCELLENT PRODUCTS!   Long battery life, I have been using my first one for over 2 years no problems, lol except when I need it and its charging....thank you!

Headlamp performs as expected. Has minimal features but as many features as I require. My favorite is the button cover which stops the light from being accidentally turned on while in my pack. I use it mostly for camp life and not for night hiking, for camp it works great. Charges at an acceptable pace and love that I dont need to carry extra batteries. I have not actually tested the battery life so would be unable to speak to that. I was only slightly confused about what color I would be getting as the picture on the webpage screen and the check out screen were labeled the same but with different colors. I dont really care about color so that was a non issue for me. All in all it's perfect for an extended lightweight backpacking trip.

I bought this to lighten up my backpack base weight on long distance trips. I've used it 3 days so far and am very pleased with its performance. Its very light weight which is great. Battery life is as good or better than comparable units. Headband is comfortable. One thing I really notice is this light is much nicer to wear long term or run with compared to a 3-4oz unit. The light weight makes this lamp much more comfortable after wearing it a couple or more hours. I have not had it long enough to comment on long term reliability, but have been satisfied with other Nitecore products and expect the same here!

This light is very comfortable to wear because of how lightweight it is. It's very bright and holds a charge.  I only wish I could turn on and off with a motion sensor.

Very lightweight, good battery life/brightness to weight ratio. The light amount is adequate. For serious winter use like dogsledding or skiing you need a little more top end, but for something lightweight this is a perfect go-to.

I used this headlamp in the Catskills Mountains in NY on the Devil’s Path. It illuminated the trail well enough to allow me to traverse the technical climbs and steep descents. This is hands down the best backpacking/running headlamp I have ever owned.

I bought this headlamp after watching a YouTube video by an ultra-light backpacker. I have been looking for a high-performance, rechargeable headlamp for a while. This exceeded my expectations on my recent backpacking trip! It charges fast and has an indicator light that goes from red to green when it is ready to go. There is a silicone strip on the strap by the forehead to keep it in place, so I would feel good using it for running or climbing. The lamp illuminates at 1 lumen when you turn it on which is a feature more lamps should have. Also, when I accidentally selected the wrong shipping address in PayPal, customer service contacted me back promptly to revise the address. Overall, I would refer a friend to Nitecore for any lighting needs!

200 lumens with 360 turbo mode, it’s the perfect addition for camp in my bikepacking setup. Power button is protected when closed position so it’s not on while inside my bike bags in case of overstuffing.

You seem to have thought of everything with this headlamp. It is just as described and better. We were afraid that after turning it on, it would have to go through all the levels of light before you could turn it back off. But after five seconds “on� in any setting, it will then go straight to “off mode� the next time you press it. Pretty smart. Thanks!

Bought the NU20 and it is really nice. Light and powerful. Can’t speak to longevity yet. But I’m hopeful given other reviews. The strap is a bit heavy for such a light headlamp but there are easy workarounds. I used a really light strap from an old cheap headlamp and it makes this think a featherweight.

The best of all features in one package: lightweight, rechargable, great design so that the light doesn't come on because you accidentally hit the power button (it's protected by a cover) when it's stuffed in your backpack, and 3 levels of light output.  The highest level really puts out some light!

nice headlamp i like that when you first turn it on its on lowest power to save night vision.  Like that the switch is protected from accidental turn on.
