The UN552 is integrated with NEC's proprietary SpectraView Engine, offering unparalleled color control and enhanced color calibration capabilities. This includes white copy, self-calibration to an external sensor, and manual CIE chromaticity adjustment, providing maximum control when color precision is paramount.
This display is future-ready, featuring both a DisplayPort and an HDMI Out connection, facilitating daisy chaining signals up to 4K UHD. The UN552 has undergone a full chassis upgrade, boasting faster processing times, improved daisy chain performance, and advanced TileMatrixing capabilities, all while maintaining a minimal 3.5mm bezel gap.
The UN552 is equipped with 3D LUT Internal 14-bit programmable 3D lookup tables (LUTs), enabling the display of 1.07 billion colors from a palette of 4.3 trillion (with 10-bit DisplayPort input). This ensures accurate color, smooth images, and hardware calibration.
The advanced cooling system of the UN552 reduces the likelihood of image retention and enhances color uniformity. The Auto Tile Matrix feature simplifies the setup process, saving significant time and cost.
