Great backup device
I travel lot and need a solid backup solution because I do not want to have to take my laptop when going to remote locations for a shoot. I am a still photographer and have been using this device for almost a year now and am exceedingly happy with the solution! The nice part is that you can put whatever size or brand SSD in that you choose.

The built-in memory card slot allows instant copying of SxS, CFast, SDXC / SDHC / SD cards. Also, a memory card adaptor (purchased separately) can be connected through the SxS slot to back up P2/P2E, XQD card. In addition, NVS2801-Plus supports USB card reader without an external power source. Thus allowing you to backup various types of memory cards from different cameras without the need of a computer.
Internal Drive with Unlimited Capacity
NVS2801-Plus has unlimited storage in that users can easily switch out the internal drive. You can install a 2.5" SATA hard drive (or SSD), but the thickness of internal drive should be less than 9.5mm.

Connect USB external drive to NVS2801-Plus. NVS2801-Plus simultaneously copies memory cards to internal and external drives at the same time. M-copy technology minimizes copying time with parallel processing. Two backups ensure 100% data safety.
