Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?RENEE J : I know the brand, while I like Zoom better, your site's search engine, showed me only 2 modern, routers both over 200$, but scrolling through the home office section, they were scattered randomly though it, when I was tired of looking I chose the cheapest ones of the ones I saw. It is ashamed of you do have my prefered brand, at equal or better price, but you set up you site, making it harder to see all your options without spend an entire day on the phone.

Perfect for Basic Needs

The Netgear modem/router was perfect for simple home internet with relatively low download/upload needs. Setup was super easy with the Netgear app. I also am intrigued by the option to have a separate guest Wi-Fi for additional privacy, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. Absolutely would recommend.

Review of AC1200 CMR

A hidden gym on a very popular platform. This is the one you SHOULD NOT scroll past. Dual router and modem function with capacity to serve 1200 MB/ps (as I have experienced) and simple LED display for user friendly troubleshooting. Do not be suckered into leasing equipment from your internet provider. Grab an AC1200 CMR from my guy Jeff Bezos, and stream fast on multiple devices without lag or crash.

Suspected security breach C6220 router modem

Seems compromised so it is not usable at the moment. If I need to replace, I did not get enough years of use to save any money over renting a modem from Comcast. Further, being outside the 90-day free support window, Netgear wants me to pay for help even though the help I need might be because of a security flaw on Netgear's end. The unit has appears to have been breached, password made invalid and after factory reset to default password, attempts to use routerlogin website are also threatened so I can't look into what is hooked up to the router or view settings. Good enough but don't go too far away

This modem works fine for streaming on labtop, smart tv, or smart phone. However I have a small apartment and even in a small space (600 sq ft) if I get too far away the signal is not great and won't load webpages very fast. The antenna things have also come a bit loose and flop down. I've had it for a handleful or years tho and will keep using it. I can't recall the price but it's way cheaper than renting one from Comcast or whoever. Worth the money for basic home use, or find a similar more modern model and go with that.

Dependable, reliable

Changed to Nighthawk

Xfinity did some work in our area and the internet stopped working. They sent a tech out and proved the modem stopped working??? We purchased a new Nighthawk C7000v2 and everything is working beautiful now.

Good two-in-one
