After 4yrs of owning the CM2000. This been the best router by far think i have only had to reboot it 5 times in that span. My last router needed weekly reboots.

I upgraded my Netgear CM 1000 because of buffering. The new modem has improved this problem.

After installing this modem I instantly noticed how web pages would load much slower and my gaming pings were inconsistent. I did buy a refurbished one so maybe that was the issue. though my speed tests would come back with a maxed out download speed (i have 300mbs and the speed tests would show between 275

My old Nighth hawk Modem stop working and had to get a new one. This 2.5 g appears to be faster. I connected to my Night Hawk rotter with Cat8 cable. Cat8 transfer data faster for 2.5g modem. So far product works good. Although you need to have equipment that accept 2.5g in order to utilize full function of modem.

I have used other brands and NONE have never been as rock solid as NETGEAR. What I like - Reliability, ZERO calls to tech support to troubleshoot issues - ZERO issues. Zero. What I do not like, well nothing comes to mind. I have added a NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh Network System since. This is after purchasing a Linksys AND ASUS competitor systems that fell flat on their face. Same Story. I have two NETGEAR 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switches with the same reliability. Just buy them. They cost more HOWEVER you are buying from a US company with a stellar track record. That IS worth paying for. Done.

First, it took close to an hour jumping through hoops and working with xfinity to get working. After 4 months, it just died. Do not recommend.

This cable modem is amazing! However, it wasn't what I needed so I had to return it. I needed one that will connect to a switch and then connect to 4 other devices with a wired connection.

Needed to upgrade my 4 year old home cable modem so replaced my CM1150DV with this one - didnt need the VoIP support any more. Set up was a breeze, was up and running in less than 20 mins - 1 week later and have had zero issues.

I did a considerable amount of research prior to purchasing a modem to service our newly built home and brand new television. I chose the Nighthawk because of the high specifications and highly rated reviews. Once installed - by the way, simple, straightforward install - I checked the speeds and the speeds were a tad higher than the stated speed provided by my Internet provider. Great product, I will share with friends and family.

The specturm technician accidently dropped it from hand, at height about 0.5m. The inside of modem broke into pieces and stopped working. I asked custom service if there is any repair service even paid, the custom service simply told me it had been more than two years and it was out of warranty and asked me to find a local store.they don't even have suggestions for local stores. I wrote this review and wanted to change rating to 1. but this page automatically changed it to 4 stars. Be ware.

Needed a new modem to accommodate increased internet speed. Swapped out the Netgear CM700 for the CM2000. A quick call to the ISP and we were up and running in no time. Download speeds have improved greatly. Pairs perfectly with the Netgear R7000P router!

I still find some issues synching with my Orbi 62 router. The speed mbps is very slow at times.
