Have had to restore factory settings after a series of local power failures. Setup in app isn't very user friendly, detail of the 2 bands available doesn't allow me to easily add devices to a particular band the separate bands previously set-up with an technical assistant over the phone had set up the 2 separate bands as options on available networks on my devices but currently I am only seeing the main gateway to my ISP. My work laptop is showing up as a device on the EX6150V2 but not my phone or TV in my office area which is upstairs.

My extender has been very helpful and most of the time will not have any issues. There are some times where the extender will cut out and I will have to reset it or the connection speed will be inconsistent and slow. Overall a good product but does have some issues sometimes.

This works well. It extends the range as it says it should. My two problems with it have been: don't have it near a microwave; the signal will be interrupted. Also, it's not easy to just unplug it and plug it in elsewhere as the instructions say. I had to reset the unit twice to get it installed where I needed it to be.

I used it for 2 months last year and tried reprogramming this season and the unit would not factory reset, so it is a boat anchor right now.

Extended range by a sizeable amount. We have had issues getting wifi into the further bedrooms of this old house and this did the trick.

My extender reaches my TV about 90% of the time. I have moved it around so many times, still trying to find the sweet spot. will keep trying.

my warranty run out a before hurricane Helene hit was going to connect Netgear but lost all power for a week. When power was restored contacted Netgear and was given the run around .Would not honor Warranty and had a tech call and I was told had to buy a program where it would censor on my network. I couldn't afford this. This was my second Netgear extender I had the same problem last year and bought into the program they sold. Turns out was suppose to be a life time but I needed to purchase a different program, the Netgear customer service was terrible.

Excellent signal increase, almost 4x boost,only thing , the nighthawk app worked for init. setup but I wasn't able to use it after .No useful feedback or status during install. Had to use router for op status. Deleted app.

It seems strange to me that this device can be connected to a netgear router and act as an access point using its own SSID, but you can't use it as an extension of an existing wireless network unless it's connected over WiFi. This thing could be so much better.
