Ive had my monitor for 2 years now I played on myv75 in 4k TV before which I thought I could see every detail. I was wrong this monitor you can see every pixel. The fram rate is fantastic. The curve let you see the entire pov without having to look around

Great monitor overall, been loving it. Not many complaints, but my one major complaint is the infinity core lighting does not function at all. It doesn't sync to what's happening on my screen, no matter what I do. The screen gets very bright, the colors are absolutely beautiful. Would recommend.

The monitor will heat up and self destruct! 3 years is about all you will get with this design. I purchased the monitor in April 2023 used the monitor lightly and now the monitor has a vertical line on the right side of the panel and if you touch the bottom of the bezel it gets darker and thicker. Buyer beware get an extended warranty if you purchase this monitor.

The monitor failed just after the warranty period. It was good while it lasted, although the backlight bleed and general brightness of blacks could use some improvement, those those are typical of VA panels. My monitor flickered out and died when I tried to use HDR, which seemingly overheated the monitor. Now when I turn it on, it doesn't show any input or the OSD only a black screen. From what I understand, this is an artificial problem - the temperature protection kicks in (whether legitimately or not) and irrecoverably bricks the device. Unlike earlier models which had hacks to get the monitor working again, the T-Con board in this one doesn't have an obvious thermistor that can be replaced, and replacement boards are basically impossible to find. I really can't recommend buying Samsung products if they are going to cost $700 and fail after a year when the warranty doesn't cover them any more. Support is basically useless, you wait an hour to connect, another hour to get transferred to the monitor department, and then another hour being told to unplug and plug the monitor back in. Don't sell products that can't even run the features they're advertised with.

I was excited to add this monitor to my gaming setup, and have been extremely disappointed with the build quality and customer service. Within a month of receiving my monitor, the panel has started to separate from the frame. This monitor has sat on a desk away from any heat sources and hasn't been subjected to any sort of physical damage, and panel separation is a known issue with these 49 inch oled monitors. I reached out to Samsung support to get this repaired under warranty, and was told that I would both need to pay for the technician to come out, plus a diagnostic fee. So I've paid $1300 for a monitor and am now being told that even though the panel is separating due to a manufacturing defect, I will need to pay additional money to have the issue corrected. Terrible customer experience and worrying longevity concerns for this monitor.

I owned this monitor for a year and within that year I had to get the whole screen replaced for dead pixels, and 12 days after my warranty expired the entire monitor breaks. I turned it on while it was in split screen. The one side was black so I turned it to full screen. It looked normal so I went back to split screen and the entire monitor shut itself off never to turn back on. Overall this has been a headache to own and disappointed in the quality Samsung has fallen to.

I had a significantly problematic experience purchasing this monitor from Samsung. The issues began immediately after purchase on November 23rd with a scheduled delivery date of November 26th. I received a delivery notification on December 15th, and we rescheduled for December 29th. On that date, the delivery team informed me the monitor had been lost and requested bill of lading details from me. Following multiple escalations, Samsung cancelled the order but initially refunded an incorrect amount. After additional phone calls, this was eventually corrected. To compensate, Samsung provided a promotional code for the same monitor at my original purchase price. However, the code did not function as intended. When I contacted customer service to resolve this, I was informed that they can address only one issue per business day and that I would need to call back on a different occasion. This experience has been time-consuming and frustrating. I would recommend carefully evaluating this purchase before proceeding.

The monitor unfortunately died or otherwise became unresponsive to any display input right after the 12 month warranty mark. I asked as a courtesy for help from Samsung Support but was denied. Considering this was a work from home monitor and not heavily used, I would have expected a lot more life from this monitor. It is just an awful coincidence on the timing with warranty.

This monitor is really a great experience over 2 monitors. Great for video editing and many window app jobs that both can enhance productivity! Great for gaming with open world games that can take advantage of the resolution and the stretched screen. Curved screen is also perfect for field of view. Need a graphics card to handle it to take advantage of the performance of this monitor. Also, there needs to be more games that take advantage of it. Speakers and multiple display ports would be a nice add too! Never going back to 2 or 3 monitors.!

Gaming on this huge screen is really immersive. I love the VRR and high refresh rate. When shopping for your GPU, consider 4k results as the pixel count is really similar. You will need a strong GPU for high refresh at high settings on many games. Productivity is limited for me by the Intel GPU on my work laptop. It will only hit 60hz, which is a bit disappointing. But for large spreadsheets and project plans having the 32 by 9 aspect ration allows for a great view that is hard to get on 2x 27'' monitors. My only wish is that the monitor would auto select inputs when only one is active.

I went from 2x1080 screens to this with Microsoft FancyZones and I am not sure I'll ever be able to go back. So much screen real-estate it's insane! Tried playing BF6 game on it even though this is a productivity PC and was comprehensively blown away by the picture quality. 1440 vertical makes a lot of sense without going overboard.

I used to use a 50 inch tv amend it worked well enough. Switching to this has changed how i work. I can easily multi task 3 things at once. Gaming is even better with smooth refresh rates and ability to see everything around you.
