PC ok, support beyond atrocious
The All In One is good, but ANY problems, HP "Support" and Customer "Service" are absolutely worthless and abysmal, as is any 'support' function on the website.
I've had 4 HP PCs, and 2 HP laptops, NEVER had any 'support' from HP, had to figure it out on my own.
Good products until one needs ANY kind of help. Can't even register it!!!

29 inch Desktop
So far, love the computer, although still learning about windows 11. With such expensive computer, HP should also include the detailed instructional manual rather than have new owner go on line all the time or print a copy.

Best PC Ever
Best Desktop PC purchase I've ever made. The screen size is great for my aging vision!! My last pc was 13 years old and still going. It was time for an upgrade!!!

New model is great purchase
I am pleased with the updates on this model as compared to my old PC. I like the way it recognizes when I am close and ready to log on. Switching my documents and programs from my Windows 10 PC was easy and seamless.

We have been purchasing HP Desktops for years. We are very pleased with them.
My husband loves his new desktop computer. It has a few added features that he didn't have.

This is a beautiful computer
This was a beautiful computer and it checked all the boxes of what I was looking for.
The size was phenomenal as was the compact design, no towers to clutter up the space.
However due to my Macular Degeneration the anti glare screen severely strained my eyesight after only a couple minutes.
Sadly I had to return it before I could even get into using it.
I would have loved a glass touch screen without the anti glare. I will continue to use my old laptop.

Looking for an overgrown cellphone to play games and surf the internet?
I purchased this all in one with the understanding by the HP Sales agent that I needed a computer that would be able to handle music, both recording and editing using a couple of specialized programs. I was assured the computer could do those jobs with ease.
The computer arrived and I set it up but the recording and editing programs would not work with the computer's 'integrated audio'. After much adjustments, I did at least get the music to play correctly but it will not record from outside sources, recording only stuff already on the computer.
The computer is very fast and works MS programs (Word, Excel, etc fairly decently but certainly not in a spectacular fashion.
It does surf the internet.
All in all, this new 'super computer' is, literally, an oversized cellphone that plays games and surfs the internet. If that's all you want, then this machine will be good for you, but if you are looking for something that performs work functions, you need to go with something else.
In conclusion, my 15 year old HP Pavillion that I intended to replace with this one is set back up on the desk beside this one and for it's chosen task, is still used, and can work circles around the overgrown cellphone.

No Promotional Code received
I am awaiting my promotional code so I can trade in my old computer. I purchased my new computer on May 5th and called you all over 20 times and was told different things but never received an email with promotional code. I rate you all customer service terrible at this point and on June 6th the trade in expires.Order number

H363490086. The All in One 27 Desktop is top rated by Consumer Reports and works great. I purchased it through HP Store by chat Rep. The chat rep. stated i woulf receive am from HP. with promotional code to trade in my old computer. I tried and taiked to 20 customer services rep stating the email is on the way by some or others giving me different numbers to call. No success in obtaining a promotion code from HP. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

New vs. Old HP 27" all-in-one desktop
I replaced my 7 year old Windows 10 HP 27" Envy with a new Windows 11 27" OmniStudio desktop. Pros: The new machine is blazing fast and I like the height adjustable screen vs. the previous machine. Cons: The old machine's display had a finer resolution and better speakers (Bang & Olufson).

Monitor stand has a design flaw
The computer unexpectedly slipped from its monitor stand, falling off my desk and hitting the floor. As a result, the screen cracked, and the device is no longer operational.
Be aware that the monitor stand has a design flaw-if tilted forward, it disengages, causing the monitor to fall to the ground.

bad design & terrible tech support
I ordered this on April 21st 2025 and received it on April 24th 2025. I set it up and used it on the 24th & 25th. I used it for about an hour on the 28th and needed to get something behind the computer. I turned it slightly from the right bottom corner and the screen came off the pole it is inserted into and hit me in the shoulder and the corner of my desk. The screen is broken and can't be used. I have tried calling HP several times but can't talk to a live person because the bot says they can't verify my serial #. I did the survey they sent me and said they could email me but I haven't heard from them that way either. So I have no computer and have to buy another one. I have always preferred HP but hate to buy another. I was going to buy the warranty but read the reviews and they aren't favorable to say the least.

Wonky camera
There are issues with the camera. Sometimes is takes forever to turn on and sometimes I have to push it in and push it out again. Aside from that it works well.

Updated my old tower desktop
I ordered this all-in-one computer and received it within a week. Easy setup right out of the box and all my data transferred easily through my Microsoft account. The new features are amazing, and I am highly satisfied so far with this system.

Nice home office addition
Quick and easy setup and has been flawless. I replaced an ASUS system that aged itself into obscurity and the transition was something I should have done years ago. I highly recommend this All-in-One system.

My new computer
I'm very happy with the new computer. As an octogenarian, my computer skills are somewhere between novice and neophile. I had my computer tech set it up for me and transfer all my 'stuff' from my previous HP unit. I'm amazed how compact yet powerful this 'all in one' is. Each day I get more comfortable with the new machine and like the large screen.

So far so good. I have only had this set up for a few weeks. As of now I am very satisfied with the setup and usage. I am definitely not a constant computer user however, when I need it I need it. Time will certainly tell if this positive attitude will continue.

Good enough
Intel Ultra cpu made for laptops in this desktop is adequate for multitasking with 16gb ddr5 ram. With ssd m.2 this computer does well for everyday tasks. Not a heavy gaming system. The Ultras are a disappointment, performance-wise.

Question on Great HP OmniStudio All-In-One PC
Love he way my HP run and operates with the acception of connecting to my router connection of readyshare. As the computer will not do this and I am unable to get assistance from HP as when I go to there site for this for assistance with the desk top computer it converts to foreign language and continues to swap between differanant ones. Hopefully I can get connected as I am sure they can correct the issue as this item is very important to my home operations and storage.

Worst computer ever bar none.
Worst computer experience I have ever had bar none. Purchased as a birthday present for my Mother. Delayed shipping, no set up instructions included only a QR code that took us to the HP website with no set-up directions there. Software installed incorrectly with no tech-support to help resolve the substandard configuration. Literally two weeks later and hours on hold and we still can't check email or access many websites we need to. When requesting tech support, we were asked to pay an additional yearly subscription fee for software support on a brand new out of the box computer. Bounced around at HP person to person and on hold for an average of 30 to 45 minutes per interaction with no resolution offered. Each just regurgitated the same fix attempts over and over. Next step is to hire an outside Tech service and pay to have this brand new computer fixed. Absolutely abysmal company and computer. DO NOT BUY!!!
