I've had this monitor for a little under a month now. In that time, the power/control jog button at the back of the monitor crumbled and is currently unusable. This wouldn't be an issue if the monitor didn't provide a lot of awesome features with the button, mainly the PIP feature. I just got off the phone with Samsung support and they told me to fly a kite. If I want a working power/control jog button then I would need to pay for it. Samsung cannot be expected to ensure it's hardware works properly for an entire month out of the box. I'm incredibly disappointed that I can't use the monitor and that Samsung is not going to cover the costs of repair for a defect of it's cheap component.

Returned monitor as defective 11 days after purchase. The monitor worked for 10 days and then day 11 showed up with a defect. Called support, no help, then remembered I was withing the 15 day window. Monitor was fabulous while it worked. Makes me leary to buy another one...weighing my options.

BUYER BEWARE and avoid this Samsung monitor at all costs. This company refuses to take responsibility for its own defective products and hides behind rigid policies instead of helping paying customers. I received a defective monitor and, after a busy holiday season, finally opened it only to discover the damage. Despite calling support multiple times, Samsung repeatedly told me the same thing: no replacement, no exchange, and any repair would be entirely on my dime. Their so called "support" is nothing more than a scripted wall of refusal. Think about that: you could buy a Black Friday gift, open it at Christmas, find it defective out of the box, and Samsung will shrug and point to a return window rather than stand behind their product. It's irresponsible, customer hostile, and honestly embarrassing for a company of this size.

I got this during Black Friday after eyeing my husbands screen for almost a whole year. Here's the thing: his is a 240hz version and he said I could get a 144hz because he uses his for gaming beyond work and I don't do gaming and wouldn't notice any difference. Well. He was wrong. The moment he put it on I could notice the resolution not super crisp and sharp. I went back and forth between his and mine and the sharpness difference was significant. We tried everything to adjust and it did get better but I could still see some of the blur. Not Cristal clear. I am SO bothered by this and it stole all the joy waiting a whole year to be able to afford this. I am extremely unhappy. Went to check return policy and I have to pay 15% restocking fee plus whatever monstrous shipping fee and also, I wouldn't be able to afford the 240hz now that Black Friday is gone. The dell screen I had before had much better image quality. I am heartbroken and very disappointed. Extremely unhappy.

I loved this monitor. I love how I can display multiple windows at the same time to maximize my productivity and it also helps with multitasking. Gaming time definitely got an upgrade with this monitor and its a good addition to my gaming setup.

I use my monitor for both work and pleasure. I stream movies and play games and let me tell you OMG its a game changer. I highly recommend for anyone who wants the perfect monitor to get this one. The movies look fantastic and it changes the way I will ever watch a movie again. My son uses it for gaming and he has won alot of gaming competitions just by using thsi monitor. It helps him see more of the game area and gives him the perfect resolution.

I now can view my spreadsheet without that horrendous line down the middle when I had to previously span 2 27-inch monitors. I don't even need my glasses as I can see everything quite clearly.

For me doesn't get any better, gaming at 240hz quad HD, on a gtx 4090, Intel i9 truly awesome. I like how the monitor turns itself on my signal is detected, I do use it for work as well and I can get 3 windows open accross the screen on my G16. Plus the quad HD on my g16 great for working in IT, can have teams ,outlook and RD window on the one screen comfortable. Working at 240hz is so much better on my eyes, I swear it makes a difference. I can't do 60hz anymore. But after work, the new 2025 Doom is a real experience on this monitor. Ill never go back to anything less now.

Beware & Stay Away from Samsung Gaming monitors. My monitor died just after two years and the cost to fix it is more then double the cost of a new one. There aren't any parts available for independents to it and Samsung doesn't stand behind their products. I bought Samsung thinking it would be great quality vs the other brands. I guess i was wrong and my family and i wont waste our money on another poor quality Samsung product.

pre-ordered a day before release. great monitor, arrived in perfect condition, no screws needed as everything snaps together. sadly after 2 and a half months of heavy daily use, there's a permanent green horizontal line across the middle of the screen and no features to refresh or fix the pixels. Really love this monitor but it's gotten to the point that I can't ignore it when certain colors are on screen.

I work for the government and had to move to Japan for a few years just after purchase. I thought everything was good until about 7 months into having this product the screen just went black. No idea why, just turned it on after coming home from work and nothing. Power light comes on and everything, just no display. Samsung says since I bought it in the U.S. they can't do anything. I shipped it back to a family members house and their (Samsung) tech said he can't fix it. Then Samsung says there's nothing more to do...even within the warranty window.

Positively LOVE the monitor?. When it's working. At least once a week it doesn't resume from sleep properly. It'll resume red, blue, and green lines running throughout the screen. Tried two different computers on two different cables in two different ports at two different resolutions?.. it's the monitor. It's only resolved by unplugging the monitor and plugging it back in again. Even power cycling it didn't fix it. But hard reset does. So strange. It's such a battle to return a monitor this size. I would just say steer clear so you don't have to worry about it.

Have used this product for work using the Picture-by-Picture feature to replace two individual monitors. I appreciate the contrast and clear picture, the curved screen which makes it much easier to interact between both split screens and the automatic blue light filter and brightness adjustment depending on lighting in the room.

I use this monitor for work everyday with a MacBook and it worked seamlessly with the resolution. The text clarity is pretty good for software work. Gaming on this monitor has also been great with no ghosting
