The camera is amazing! I have purchased items from Adorama before that is why I decided on them for this purchase as well. The only thing I that I am dissatisfied with is that the camera arrived missing the lens hood. Everything else was inside the box. I reached out but unfortunately I purchased my camera right before Passover and I am traveling overseas. Hence, why I wanted the camera. I reached out through the chatbot but it said I had to wait until the store resumed normal hours.

I shoot with Leica cameras and lenses, and prefer the wider 28mm and 35mm lenses, so it's been a bit of an adjustment to now carry a 43mm, but OMG! This lens and camera can produce stunning images that elevate my love of photography, even after shooting for 50 years. I recently carried this as my only camera for a 12-day trip, and after the second day completely forgot about the length of the lens and was completely absorbed in making images. Oh yes, it rained on some days, and the camera was with me the entire time without me being afraid of compromising this expensive piece of equipment (thank you, Leica). In my view, it's important to set up the camera to align with your priorities, and there are plenty of free tutorials online to help with this process. This camera is not a cellphone; it's not a little camera either, but rather substantial, so it won't fit in your pocket, and it takes practice and skill to get the most of its amazing capabilities. But what a joy when you take the images through your post-production process and see the stunning images it produces. The lens, on this camera, is truly a work of art.

Absolutely amazing camera. Expensive but so well built, compact, fantastic ergonomics (when used with grip) and incredible image quality. It's my go to camera for personal use, and an almost perfect focal length for me. I would have preferred a faster lens, but the f/2 is still terrific.

I rarely leave reviews, but I really love this camera. I primarily like to write movies and then make them with my own cinema cameras. Occasionally I like to do photography. At this particular time for me, this camera is perfect. I wanted a camera that can shoot high quality photos and video, be easy to use, and have an original look. I also am trying to prioritize story, money, and ease of use; which I feel this camera helps with. Although the camera will need a lot of sd cards and batteries and effects work flow; but for my 2 small projects I plan to do over the next 2 years, itll be fine for me. Obviously, the fixed lens limits it to a degree, but it is a fantastic lens and camera system. It's smaller than I thought which I was happy about and is a pleasure to go out with. Really looking forward to using it for years to come and just renting cinema cameras and lenses when need be. I can concur this lens sparks a creative energy inside of you, which at times dwindles for me. In short, I love the camera and look forward to making a large variety of projects with it, for both video and photo.

Insane image quality. Exceptional software/menu system. World class build quality. Ergonomically not that good. Inexcusable Leica lens hood will not fit easily with Leica branded filter (to protect the amazing lens), add insult to injury jury should you get the lens hood on, the lens will not go into macro mode with a filter. Leica how did you miss this? For one handed shooting an added thumb grip works great, but blocks the thumb wheel for ease of use. Another ergonomic compromise. Leica should have paid attention to the detail with this amazing camera. It's a keeper despite the flaws.

I have owned my Q3 for almost 4 weeks. Took it to scenic hiking route, city walk, SF Fleet week, and taking pictures and occasional some videos. My impression is, for low/no movement objects like landscaping, portraits, I love this camera, the color is beautiful, the different Leica filters a interesting, and the quality of the image is amazing. But for the fast moving object, like birds, "Blue Angels", most of time, you need some preparation before the shorting and wait for the moment to happen, because of the Auto focus. Other brand like Sony, Nikon, or Canon might be better fit for this purpose. Then, the build quality. OMG, it is a piece of art. It is very well built, solid, steady, not cheap! Also, people buy Leica is not just for the camera function and capability (If that's what you are looking for and don't care about the appearance, you might have better options with the same money). Q3 just makes you have this eager to bring it out with you and take more photos.

After an initial hiccup of my Q3 arriving with a defective SD card slot (very dissapointing), I was FINALLY able to use it months later.....but the wait was well worth it! The images are absolutely fantastic. The videos it records are the best Ive ever seen from a camera as well, Just beautiful. It literally feels like this camera is the only camera you will ever need for every day life. Its built like a German tank and its just wonderful to hold and to use. These images will continue to look amazing decades from now as the 60Mp sensor grabs so much information, its hard to believe you'll ever need anything more. Amazing in lowlight as well. A perfect memory making machine.

First, the Q3 specks for it self ! In my opinion this is the finest photographic equipment on today's market.Yes, the waiting was worth the production period for the camera to be manufactured. Second, ordering though ADORAMA could not have been any better. 100% excellent customer care-service, from them with notifications on the progress on receiving the new Q3. If you are as serious about your photography and have the funds,look no further my friends. For me this is heaven on earth.
