Attatching it to the lens requires the right diamter lens or adapter rings. It will fire and meter though.THOMAS M : Works on any Nikon camera with a hot shoe mount and TTL, but also in manual. You'll need a lens that will fit one of the many adapters provided. I have heard the D3200 has had some issue with other 3rd party flash equipment. Great

This is a great flash with one minor negative. It is super easy to set up even without reading instructions. It's the only one that will fit an 82mm thread. Menus are super easy to navigate. The only minor "negative" is that I wish it was stronger. Would be even better if maximal power was higher. Still, probably one of the very best out there.
