Bought this to use a flash bracket with my Fujifilm FinePix HS50EXR. It was a bit difficult to get on and off the flash shoe but also would have to occasionally be adjusted to make contact. I don't know if it was just me or the cord but it seemed to do the job for the most part.

The Nissin SC-01 is a coiled off-camera universal shoe cord with multiple contact points, transmitting preflash-metering commands of Canon, Fuji, Nikon, Pentax, and Samsung SLR cameras, like as if you were using the manufacturer's own cord.
Properly transmiting the same commands to the manufacturer's original flash units, it performs as well with third-party flashes from companys like Nissin, Sunpak, Sigma, etc designed for the more popular cameras.
Nissin decided to put a second flash shoe on top of the camera-connection-end of the SC-01 cord, that will allow you to quickly place your shoe-cord-mounted flash above the camera's viewfinder without a need to disconnect the flash from it's cord.
