Look past it as a camera bag...

While it DOES hold a body, lens (unmounted) and possibly a flash, I found myself using it as a briefcase for my laptop, a binder and small calendar/planner. For that it is nice and small, well made and functional. I'll likely use it as a camera bag at some point, but for now I'm using it every day with pleasure and convenience. It has been a conversation starter for new clients who don't know I shoot as well. A+++ especially at the sale price. Hint, hint, I'd love to have a black version with NPS markings.

Nice Bag But Watch the Straps

This a beautiful bag, very well made, first class. I usually walk around with a Nikon D750 with lens mounted (frequently 28-300) and my 70-200 2,8 for more serious people shots. The bag holds this combination. The way the bag is presented made me thing that the brief case style handle strap and the shoulder strap could be used interchangeably. The shoulder strap cannot be removed and is in the way of the handbag strap if you prefer that. Can't understand why they didn't make the shoulder strap removable. If that had been the case I would absolutely love this. I am considering cutting off the shoulder strap or having it customized so that I can add or remove it at will.
