I bought these binoculars for my 15 year old son and he loves them! They are truly anti-fog and give a very clear and up close view. Plus they are easy to adjust and not too heavy. Just right!

You cannot go wrong with a Nikon product for two key reasons: first, the quality of the product is outstanding ( I have several binoculars and scopes). Second: they stand behind every warranty. Their service department is prompt and professional. The quality of their products keeps me as a customer. The service they provide keeps my loyalty. I just celebrated my 50th anniversary of big game hunting. Over those years I learned a lot about the quality and functionality of numerous products. Nikon is at the top of my preferred product list.

I had a pair of 10X25 Mountaineer binoculars that I purchased 30 years ago. Decent, middle of the road binoculars good for deer hunting. The hinge wore out. I thought, what the heck, send them in for repair. If the repair is to expensive, chunk them and buy another pair. Nikon said they were too old to repair but that they carried a lifetime warranty so they sent me a new pair, model 7485 10X25. That folks is customer service.

Disclaimer: this is my first compact binocular. With nothing else to compare, my review will be based this product only. First of all, I'm very happy with my purchase. I can feel the high quality of the build by just holding it. It's compact but not flimsy. For my personal taste, it's on the heavy side. But again, good materials sometime are heavier ones. In binocular it's probably the case, sine glass lens do weigh a lot. It's easy to focus, and nice to hold - highly recommended.

Use these deer hunting. Love the size and quality of the product.Only reason I rated these 4 is because I know you can buy better binos for more money. But for the money, these are really good.

This binocular is a fine instrument for the money. It will be a gift for a friend. I have owned a similar binocular for 20 years and always keep it in my car. It has been on hunting trips to Colorado, Maine, Vermont, and Pennsylvania with me and is still in perfect condition. This new binocular is superior to the first, and the price is about the same as I paid 20 years ago! You can't beat that.
