The Nikon Trailblazer Binocular is exactly what I was looking for. These make a great travel binocular. They are small and light weight. The view is sharp. I'm very pleased with them.

Being honest, I don't actually carry binoculars every day, but if I did, these would be the ones. I used to do a lot of field work where binoculars were necessary and I really wish I'd had these. I do regularly carry these when I'm hunting or outdoors in general. If they were larger, they'd probably sit on a shelf or in a drawer, where they're not much use. They're compact enough to fit in a cargo pocket or easily in a field vest. They're very bright; they don't fog up; they're crystal clear; and they seem to be pretty tough. Very little chromatic aberration, decent depth of field (not spectacular, but not bad) and overall, very clear. For the price, I would highly recommend them.

The product itself was as described, lightweight and compact which is great for hiking and keeping in a pocket or small bag. However the delivery service from Adorama was extremely disappointing, as it missed the promised Christmas deadline, and then got “lost” at UPS. I had to rerequest for it to be sent, which delayed the delivery again by a week. When it did arrive, the box was completely smashed and wrinkled, but thankfully the product was unharmed. If amazon had the same item, I would have likely ordered from Amazon instead.

Does the job intended. Lightweight, compact, and much improves visibility of object. Only issue was having the shipment not received (got lost?) first time, and having to have it re-shipped. Company was good about it & prompt, but what happened to the first one???

I love the combination of 25mm eyes with 10x magnification. Anything smaller than 25 requires very steady hands to hold images in view at 10x. Anything larger might be considered unnecessary for backpacking purposes. These are going to go on a lot of trips with me.

I had two pair of the Trailblazer binoculars ( 8X25 ) and thought I should have one of those pairs be a10X25. So, I exchanged them and was very disappointed with them. I had three different people look thru them and all agreed: the 8X25 were superior in clarity and magnification did not seem any better. I am now exchanging them ONCE AGAIN for the 8X25.

For better optics, you would have to spend a deal more. I have and the optics aren't that much better in the Zeiss travelers I had. Unfortunately, the Zeiss were misplaced or taken and I bought these as a replacement. If they get misplaced, it won't be as troubling to my VayCay frame of mind. Nikon, through their Camera business, knows optics. It shows in there Binos and rifle scopes.

These binoculars have a clear, sharp image and a decent field of view. Nice carry-along binoculars at a very good price. Any compact binoculars aren't quite as bright as larger, more expensive models, but these are brighter than other compact models I've seen (about on par with Olympus models I've used) and plenty bright for daylight conditions.

Although it's not at the same level of leica and zeiss, from Nikon you do expect some good quality. For a pair of compact 25mm binoculars, it delivers good image during day time. I only give a 4-star is because someone handed me his leica 10x25 ultravid at a concert, the difference was there, but it doesnt mean this nikon is bad at all!

Small and compact design. Fits nicely in my backpack and does not take up much space. Love the fact they are fogproof and waterproof. The plastic armor is a nice feature as well. Great purchase for under $100.00.

I bought these as a gift for my husband. We have other Nikon binoculars in our household, so I felt confident that these would be just as great. He wanted a small pair to keep in his car. We live in the woods and see a lot of wildlife and he wanted a closer viewing. We both loved these so much I had to buy a pair for myself! They are clear, lightweight and perfect.
