this is my favorite strap and has been for 30 years. I didn?t think it was made anymore in and perusing adorama, there it was. Love it? Got it!

Same strap I've used on all my nikons since 1978. Well made and heavy duty use.

One piece. Advantage: you never have to wonder if the stitching linking the web part to the part actually attached to the camera is ever going to come loose, especially with heavy gear. It is wide enough but not too wide which, coupled with a very effective "grip strip" sewn to the underside, helps keep it firmly on your shoulder. It is plain, not fancy with the name of the gear on it, which in my opinion lessens the chance of an observer being tempted to steal it particularly if your camera is expensive. Overall, very happy with it!

Wanted to replace the original neck strap on my D7100. The old strap had a lot of miles on it plus did not ride well on my shoulder, tended to slip. Added the Nikon AN-4B Neck Strap and have been very pleased with the way this narrower strap rides on my shoulder without slipping and is more comfortable around back of my neck. Plus all black is much less noticeable than the bright yellow markings on the original strap on my camera. Sorry I didn't make this change earlier. I highly recommend the Nikon AN-4B Neck Strap.

Nikon AN-4B replace the original Nikon strap for a more discreet once is not written Nikon, it is a little slimmer than original and about 1.5 inches shorter than my original D7100. The first day I used I just forgot that I was using it, which means I didn't feel any difference.

If you like Old School, you MUST have this strap. It is THE CLASSIC Nikon Strap and the one I use more than any other. True, the brown one is nice, I also like the yellow and black one, but this is still my favorite. Just glad they still make 'em!

I have a few of these on different cameras. I have two N90s's and one has a yellow and one has a black strap. I use one on a D80 and on other camera bodies over the years. I also use one of these on a Leica rangefinder. Like the camera, the strap has no gimmicks, no extraneous things to get in the way.

Nothing says "amateur" or "please steal my expensive camera" like walking around with a strap that has the model number of your camera boldly displayed in yellow on the strap. This strap is discrete and professional, no logo, just right for lugging around any Nikon camera. I use it on my D3S, D7100 and every camera back to the D100.

I've used this strap on all my film & digital cameras over several years. Yes it is narrow. Yes - it does NOT have the fancy graphics. But it really works in all situations: Around the neck, from the shoulder and especially around the hand for quick shooting. It is NOT BULKY, it is unobtrusive which is a distinct advantage and it is secure and does not slip. The strap comes standard with 2 small plastic clips to secure strap ends - wish it had 4 although this is a personal preference for strap attachment.

Call me crazy but I like a classic black strap ... my two main bodies have them, and have for years. They go way back ... I just change them as I get new cameras. Love 'em.

I wanted a camera strap that was first, lighter and second, less bulky than the strap supplied with my Nikon D90 for backpacking. For the price this strap is perfect.

For me it's the perfect strap, just the right thickness and design. It's made by Nikon but I've use them on Canon cameras.
