This is an absolutely incredible piece of gear. Performance is exactly as advertised and completely protects my D600 from dust while the lens is removed. In all seriousness, I lost the original and had to have a replacement quickly. Well done Adorama. Now give me a camera please!

I thought I was getting a cap for camera and one for lens, one without the other is not helpful.  I had purchased this to give to someone who did not have their caps, espec. for the lens. So for me it was not what I wanted but I would recommend it to be used if they are only looking for a cap for the camera.

Not what I thought I ordered

Excellent, substantial accessory for my D3100 camera. It isn't cheap plastic. It IS plastic, but it's got a much more professional feel, if you know what I mean. Seriously, you need to have at least 2 of these for your camera body. One to use, and one to lose. :)
