Excellent product from an excellent vendor!

The product was an original Nikon eyepiece. The product was excellent, a perfect fit for my viewfinder and the packaging and shipping from Adorama was perfect. It arrived exactly as promised. I highly recommend this for folks who wear glasses so that you don't scratch them. I also highly recommend buying them from Adorama since you can be sure that it is a genuine product.

Must Have Eyepiece

Good eyepiece, but smaller than expected

This eyepiece fits as expected and works fine. My only observation is that is it smaller (on the outside) than I expected. Thought there would be more rubber, there only seems to be about a 1/16 ring around the piece, and sometimes it is a little hard if I put the camera up to my head.

Great, needed product

This was the last piece I needed to transition from the square eyepiece on my Nikon D-90 to the round DK-3 rubber eye cup. In addition to the DK-3, I also purchased a Nikon eye piece adapter. Great products so far.

Keep a spare

Over time these get bounched around and can become loose. Photogs rarely check them until they notice one is missing. Should keep a spare as long as you intend to use the camera it fits.

Perfect fit

The screw-on eyepiece on my Nikon FM2 Dragon 2000 camera came off by itself while I was on an overseas trip, and was lost. Very fortunately, I could still buy a new replacement for the camera that is no longer in production.

Fixes a monor inconvenience.

This product fixes a minor annoyance that Nikon should have thought about -- the lack of an eyecup for the D-300. However, when carrying the camera is it easy for this piece to become unscrewed, and therefore lost (along with the eyecup). I bought two, just to be on the safe side.
