The Z f camera boasts an EXPEED 7 image processing technology, which is ten times faster than its predecessors. Enhanced by sophisticated Deep Learning technology, it shares the same powerful processing engine used in the Z 9 and Z 8 models.
The camera's autofocus system recognizes a wide range of common subjects, from people and pets to vehicles and aircraft, providing precise focus and tracking. The Eye-Detection AF feature locks onto the eyes of subjects, even when they're small in the frame, and is available for manual focus lenses.
Capture high-speed moments with up to 30 fps using the silent electronic shutter. The Z f's Deep Learning technology analyzes your shooting situation and automatically adjusts aperture, ISO, and shutter speed to match your intentions.
The camera offers the widest ISO range among Z Series Cameras, with ISO 100-64,000 for stills and ISO 100-51,200 for video. It also features Selective Noise Processing for sharp, clear low-light images with rich saturation, and HEIF Image Format for richer tonal gradation.
The Z f camera takes image stabilization to a new level with 8.0 stops of 5-axis VR image stabilization and the world's first focus-point stabilization. It also offers built-in creativity features, such as a dedicated Black & White Mode, 96MP Ultra-High Resolution Stills, and Picture Controls & Creative Picture Controls.
The camera captures crisp footage up to 4K/60p in-camera, with 4K/30p oversampled from 6K. It offers over 2 hours of continuous recording and a front-facing screen for content creation.
The Z f camera is designed with a fully articulating touchscreen, magnesium alloy build, durable weather sealing, and a protective fluorine sensor coating. It also features dual card slots (SD and MicroSD).
