I waited several months for my Onkyo CD changer which was on back order, and in the meantime they sent regular notices that it was still on back order. I was getting discouraged, but I then got a notification that it was on its way, and it was delivered by UPS right on time, brand-new and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this reliable company.
