Easy to add, hope I won't need it
Only putting 4 stars since I haven't had to use it yet. Got this for my ne camera after my sensor failed on my G85. Would rather have peace of mind since I upgraded to the more pricey GH5M2.

New Leaf Protection
I haven't used the protection yet, but the process of setting it up was pretty much automatic. The day after I purchased my camera I received an email with my contract and a link to activate my account. It took about 3 minutes. When I buy additional lenses and costly accessories, I'll add the New Leaf protection.
My advice is to get. It's alot cheaper than having to buy a new camera,

False Peace of Mind
Many of the reviews on here are about how great the plan is before the customers have to use it. I had peace of mind thinking I had coverage until my camera actually needed service. Customer service was slow and I had to call multiple times to get a status on my claim which apparently hadn't been filed after a month of me calling and waiting for my camera to get fixed. Even after that I was referred to a service company that would supposedly cover the repairs and they forgot about my claim for another month! Again, after numerous calls, every aspect of this service has failed. I cannot recommend purchasing this.

Bang for the Buck
The camera out of the box, has so many options to create the content I am looking to make. I am currently adding many extras to it and the cage allows me to add them. I am definitely a Black Magic fan.

Haven't Had to use Yet, Bought w/ New Camera
I haven't had to use it yet as I just got my new camera but I love knowing I'm protected shall any accidents happen. I was worried about how careful I'd need to be but never knew there was a such thing as insurance for your camera.

assurance is good
It's great to have the assurance of a 3 year service plan with accidental damage. I am famous for accidental damage via the camera strap. Always aware of the camera strap these days, but you never know when you will have it on the computer to download pics, then have your foot in the strap when you pick the camera up.
