Pros: They pick up they're phone. They are friendly Cons: Do not contact you to keep you informed Do not listen to your instructions Will scrap your computers/electronics without your say if it is too expensive for them! I bought a 3 year warranty for my laptop with New Leaf. My laptop had a couple issues so i decided to send it out to get it fixed. They were nice at first, but they're communication was terrible! They never called me to inform me on my laptop condition. I had to contact the repair company in California personally and they informed me that they were told to SCRAP MY LAPTOP. I called New Leaf and they casually confirmed that and said it was too expensive to fix. After many many many calls to the repair shop and New leaf, they allowed the repair shop to send back my hard drive and New leaf would give me a check for compensation. I just got my check today and it has my company name instead of my name. Do not know why they listed the check for my company! Now i must call them AGAIN tomorrow and wait another 30 days to get the right check. I have been without a laptop for 2 months. Don't wast your time with this company!

I just got this with my newly purchased laptop and have not made any claims. Why the 5 stars? Because it was 1/4 the cost of the comparable DELL direct extended service/repair/replace warranties.

The 3 Year Warranty was practically a no-brainer at $ for a $750 laptop. I'm not one to buy warranties haphazardly ... usually I pass on warranties, but this couldn't be passed. Taking the 90-day refurb warranty to 3 years for $? Count me in!

I purchased this for my computer. The first time I called, the phone rep told me that they'd probably just throw away the computer and ''cash it in'' by paying me a small fraction (he wouldn't say how much) of what I paid for it, so not to bother. I decided not to take the risk, and suffered on with the problem till it got too bad to use the unit anymore. Then when I sent it in, they told me they could fix it, which sounded like great news. However, it's been over a month since I started the process, and I've just been told that the parts are back-ordered for another month!! They're refusing to replace the computer; just expecting me to wait for a total of over 2 months till I get it back. This is a computer; something I used all day every day, not some exotic kitchen appliance that's only needed once a year! Don't buy this warranty.

Can't really go wrong with an extended laptop warranty. Yeah, you can take your chances, but the fact is laptops get beat up and there's more opportunity for component failure. Do yourself a favor and get an extended warranty.

Pros: boots very fast like a MacBook Pro. 16gb ram, 256ssd drive and 1 tb hd. Sounds good right ??, it is partitioned for better placing important files separately. Sound clarity is too good, we do not need a speaker. Display clarity is hd. What to expect more than that. Got more for this money. Battery 4 hrs and more depending on the what you are browsing. I recommend to buy for students, professionals who want to use this laptop for software installations, photo editing as Lenovo photo master is installed by default. Good deal and value for money and easy shipment procedure with perfect packing.
