Open box for full price screw missing!!!!
Sent me an unusable product! What good is this without a bolt to connect it to my camera!!! Opened up shipment box and the box inside was open box not brand new how dare they sell something like this as new and without parts!!!

A necessary precaution to protect your relationship
If you are like me, and your significant other jointly approves such purchases as cameras and lenses, She/He will not be happy if additional costs are incurred due to a drop or spill in the first couple of years.

Seems like a good idea
Given the tendency for objects to fall--whether an apple or an expensive camera lens--a service plan and damage coverage for my new lens seemed like a good idea, especially at the relatively low price for the coverage.

A great choice for the enthusiast, and the pro
As a semi-professional photographer, New Leaf Plus is great! It has provided a simple way to insure the longevity of my gear. Always good to have a backup plan if you rely on your equipment
This a a very affordable way to make sure you have a piece of mind out in the field. I already have to worry about travel arrangements, scheduling shoots, clients, location, weather, etc. This lets me not worry about my gear. If something should happen due to an accident, I am covered. Most recently boarding a ship, my assistant had my gear bag slide off his shoulder, and caught it by his finger tips over the Pacific Ocean. This back had about $3800.00 in lenses and a backup camera, I took a deep breath and smiled because I knew it was a close call, but even more I knew I was covered for the damage if something had happened. Well worth it!

Really a no-brainer.
Bought this for a used canon lens that I purchased. Given the low price of this plan, it was really a no-brainer. Gave it a rating of 4, but I really can't rate it until I need to use it.(hopefully never)

I recently bought a new lens and decided that I should protect my investment - just in case. Hopefully I won't have to use it but I like knowing that I am protected should something happen. I don't normally buy the extra plans bought the price was right.

Mandatory for your expensive gear.
Great product, cheap and mandatory for expensive cameras/lenses.
Too bad replacement will occur only once with refurb and not new gear...
