I mostly have been a Canon person, but some years ago I got a SONY DSC HX 10 which I just loved - great travel camera. But it was stolen on the LIRR. I replaced it with a DCS HX300, much larger but a great camera. Someone dropped it, so I got this DSC HX400. I still use my Canon cameras often, but the Sony ones are great - the Zeiss lenses are great.

Great coverage on a camera that is nearly 14 years old. Nice to have the assurance that any issues that may arise with older equipment will be handled professionally and economically. Absolutely worth it.

2 years service warranty sounds right and it's inexpensive. There is nothing wrong with my used Canon EOS M3 camera yet. I'm very satisfied with my first mirrorless camera. The body of my camera looks very new and has no scratches on it. Well, I haven't used this warranty yet. Knock on wood! Thanks for offering this warranty at a great price!

I have three of these policies and they're certainly worth the peace of mind they provide at a very reasonable cost. If I never have to use them, that's fine with me.

To receive this warranty, I received an email to register and no documentation so I’m not really sure what the terms are. What kind of warranty is that? Hopefully, I won’t need to find out.

I haven't had to use my digital camera service plan, and hopefully I won't. But it's nice to know if I do need it, Adorama will be there to get my camera back up and running. I would recommend anyone buying a used DSLR or has a DLSR whose out of warranty to purchase one thru Adorama.

I purchase these for all my used cameras from Adorama of which I've purchased 3 now. I've only had to use it once, 2 weeks ago when my 70D threw an error and wouldn't shoot any more. It was an error code 21 and so I contacted Adorama customer service who gave me New Leaf Customer service and they gave me the address to ship to so I boxed up just the camera body and sent to the repair center. It arrived on Tuesday the 14th at noon at the center. At shortly after 8PM that night I got an email saying it has been repaired and shipped back to me second day air. I got it 48 hours later, opened the box and they had completely replaced the shutter and motherboard. Cost me nothing but shipping. I don't know how they do it and make money but this was the best purchase I ever made.

I recently bought a used EOS 7d and when they offered me the 2 year warranty, my initial thought was no, because I rarely buy the plans. But when he said how little it would cost, how I could I not take advantage of it. Hope this helps you to make your own decision regarding this warranty.
