The used Photogenic light unit that I purchased was in perfect shape but the ad for it included a color corrected flashtube which actually was NOT included. That was one of the reasons I ordered this and I probably should have gone over the items that were included with the person I ordered it from on the phone. After 5 back and forth emails they finally admitted the ad was misleading. They apologized, which was nice, but as a long time business owner myself, I would've offered a partial refund to the customer to maintain good customer service. This did not happen.

My guy was great, did not care for the used Item they sent, too many dings, it worked and I'm using it. I will ask a lot more questions next time. again I really liked the help the sales guy gave me.

I haven't had to use it but, it is always great to have a these service contracts in hand. With buying used/refurbished items you can't be assured anything may happen especially spending $300 + dollars and being an hobbyist
