Norman A200C Portable Battery Assembly

The Norman A200C Battery Portable Assembly includes a P200C (200 w-s) Power Supply with R4127 Shoulder Strap, B4124 Super Battery, C55-200C "Delta V" Charger, LH2K Lamphead and 2D Reflector.

It is one of the finest 200 w-s battery portable flash unit in the industry.

There are two variations of the A200C; A200C-M with modeling light lamphead and A200C-LS Light Sphere Assembly. There are also two 400 w-s battery portable assemblies; A400B standard assembly and A400B-M with modeling light lamphead.

The Norman P200C is a 200 w-s battery-operated flash power supply that is generally sold with one of these 200 w-s battery portable flash assemblies; A200C, A200C-M and A200C-LS. It accepts all Norman Series 450 lampheads; LH2K with 5' coil cord (standard), LH2K-M with modeling lamp circuit, LH2 with 20' straight cord and LH2-LS bare bulb lamphead with 3' straight cord.

Norman believes that the P200C is the highest quality 200 w-s flash power supply on today's market. Its all-aluminum housing is rugged and compact and it can be worn either over-the-shoulder or around the waist. Optional for the P200C is a high-quality R4107 shoulder strap with contour pad that hugs the shoulder. Remove the pad and the strap ends hook together to hang the pack on a stand or on a door knob. The optional R4122 leather belt is used to wear the P200C around the waist.

The unit features three power levels, quick recycling, voltage stabilized output, quick- change battery, heavy-duty industrial lamphead connector and a low-battery light that warns the photographer when about 10 full power flashes are remaining. Our new B4124 Super Battery boosts the number of flashes from the P200C by about 25% and the new C55 "Delta V" Battery Charger is required to provide added battery life and performance. (Battery and charger not included with P200C, unless ordered as a complete assembly; A200C, A200C-M and A200C-LS.)

The TUB-2 Dual Battery Tub (optional) and C55x2 Dual "Delta V" Charger (optional) enables two batteries to be charged simultaneously.

The LH2K is our lamphead for the A200C Battery Portable flash unit. It operates on all Series 450 Norman power supplies that we have made over the years including the discontinued P200B, P400-D, and P500 models.

Included with the LH2K is an FT120-UV plug-in Flashtube with UV filtration and a 5' Coil Cord with vinyl jacket that won't crack or split.

Reflectors for the LH2K include our 2D general purpose, 2D-RP with built-in diffusion dome, 2H telephoto sports and 2Q general purpose with 150w quartz modeling lamp.

The LH2K has a standard 1/2"x20 tapped hole on the bottom to accept practically all brands of camera brackets. The Norman R4108 and R4130 Umbrella Stand Adapters attach the LH2K to a light stand.
