It is a good location monolight, little slow in a full mode, but it Works okay in half and quarter power settings, (to be more confortable and versatile try to work with a large sync cable), i been using it for Studio and Location ( fashion and documentry work) and Im very happy with it. It is nice and very Lightweight.. Be carefull in complex environmental conditions. Try to keep two battery packs. SIMON BRAUER. PHOTOGRAPHER.

The Norman Allure DP 320 is an economically priced, lightweight, 320 watt second monolight you can use anywhere. - No AC connector available? - Use an Allure Battery Pack (BP320), or a Quantum Turbo Battery. The Allure DP320 is ideally suited for in-studio use, and equally suitable for on-location photography.
