The Norman brand is inconsequential.TYLER G : It fit one of my speedrings for an alien bee octobox and rectangular softbox but not for my large octobox. This adapter was too small.STEPHEN S : It will fit standard Elinchrom strobes. It's not a perfect fit, but it works enough to be secure. I used this ring on the 22" Spedotron BD a year ago and it has held up well and good enough, just not perfect.

Fit a couple speed rings and did not fit others. It was too small for the other speed rings. Works well though.
