About Neumann TLM 49

The Neumann TLM 49 Studio Condenser Microphone is a professional studio condenser microphone optimized for vocal reproduction. Inspired by the legendary M 49 and M 50 microphones, the TLM 49 delivers the warmth and presence expected of Neumann. Its cardioid polar pattern suppresses off-axis noise and feedback. A transformerless output stage ensures the highest possible gain while maintaining a low noise floor. The TLM 49 excels in capturing vocals and provides excellent results on instruments as well. The TLM is at home in professional and project studios.

Optimized for Vocals
The TLM 49 is based on the legendary M 49 and U 47 capsules. The result is warm, rich vocal reproduction while still suitable for instrument capturing.

Cardioid Polar Pattern
The cardioid polar pattern suppresses noise and feedback at the off-axis sections of the capsule.

Transformerless Output Stage
The transformerless output results in high output gain and low noise floor.

Warranty Information

This product has a limited warranty of 12 months for parts and 24 months for labor.
