The fortified construction and soft comfort of the 6400-10 Series heavy-duty padded stools with backrests are ideal for hands-on educational settings like art rooms, science labs, home economics or shop classrooms. These reliable stools feature a sturdy frame of 18-gauge steel tubing securely welded to a 14 diameter seat pan. Riveted through the steel pan are 1/2 -thick black vinyl cushioning that will provide years of dependable use. Footrest ring is securely bonded to each leg with four spotwell contact points. Height-adjustable legs extend from 25 to 33 in 1-inch increments and adjustable padded backrests can be moved 2 up/down and forward/back.

These are very functional stools of solid construction. The price was very reasonable for the exceptional quality. They are somewhat stack-able for easy storage. I am very pleased with this purchase.
