NRG SA-125 Multi-Application Omni Electret-Condenser Microphone

The affordably priced, SA-125 and SA-135 are multi-purpose electret-condenser microphones with versatile features that make them ideally suited to a wide variety of sound reinforcement and recording applications. Both are excellent for speech or vocals and their frequency response also works well with instrumental sources. The omnidirectional pattern of the SA-125 is useful for capturing sound equally well from all directions and allow a natural ambient feel, while the cardioid pattern of the SA-135 is useful in reducing unwanted background noise and for controlling feedback.

Both models feature a beautifully finished matte black aluminum housing which is both durable and light-weight. An internal shock-mount system reduces handling and case noise allowing use on a stand, camera, or overhead mount. A multi-stage internal shield effectively reduces wind noise and speech-produced "popping" sounds. The microphone element is powered from a single internal "AA" battery which typically provides up to a thousand hours of service. An on/off switch is provided for battery conservation during storage. These microphones are designed for equipment with unbalanced 3.5mm inputs. An on-camera mount, stand mount, detachable coiled, long straight cable, "AA" battery and carrying case are all included.
