As one of the smallest lavaliers in existence, the SA-345 has been engineered to provide minimum visibility and weight without compromising sound quality or performance. To achieve this, the SA-345 utilizes a superior-quality, miniature low-mass back electret-condenser diaphragm. Designed especially for professional audio, video and broadcast applications, its omnidirectional response pattern is well-suited to capturing both the performer and surroundings. The microphone also has excellent rejection of popping and breath sounds even in close-up situations. Its wide frequency response and high SPL capability also make it ideal for mobile recording and miking of acoustical instruments. The SA-345 is designed to be used in conjunction with a power module such as the SA-6202, or a compatible wireless transmitter.
