does not work with the 5 round USGI clips
A fair speed loader but only works with the NcSTAR stripper clips. and the NcSTAR stripper clips will not fit the USGI spoon or top of the M14/M1A rifle. The speed loader provides the rigidity to the 10 round clip so it doesn't bend.

Stripper clips too loose
Would work much better, if stripper clips held rounds more securely. The rails are too far apart, and rounds just fall out. If you do happen to get a full strip into the loader, it loads very easily.

Speed Loader and Clip Function
I have bought several different speed loaders, but this one combined with the stripper clips is the fastest and least expensive way to load my ten round mags. There are fancier and much more expensive units out there, but nothing works better than this design with its utilization of s?t?r?i?p?p?e?r? ?c?l?i?p?s? (which are also sold by Adorama for the BEST price I have seen).

NC Star Speedloader NOT
The videos make it look smooth & easy. It is anything but. I tried it on 3 different 20 round magazines. IMI plastic, ASC steel and Promag steel. They all provided the same problems after struggling to get 1st 1o rounds in the 2nd batch wouldn't even start.
