DOes not fit older lights
TOp hole is threaded now. requires drilling out to fit older stand. Bottom hole is on the other side from shown, requires drilling & tapping on other side to fit locking "nut". 3/8-5/8 adapter does not come with it as shown in photo

The sleeve for 3/8" stands shown in the picture did not come with it. [...]. Very disappointing.
