Numark Orbit Wireless Handheld MIDI DJ Controller

The Numark Orbit Wireless Handheld MIDI DJ Controller sends MIDI signals wirelessly to your computer and features 16 x responsive, backlit pads on 4 x selectable banks, 2 x shoulder buttons and 4 x virtual knobs, in a soft-touch construction that is reminiscent of a games console controller. The Numark Orbits ergonomic design allows quick and easy button access and is made to be held in the hands, worn round your neck or it's small enough to nestle alongside your existing DJ setup and also incorporates a clip mount on the rear.

The internal Axis Accelerometer adds a whole new physical dimension to a performance; with the ability to be mapped to any of the software parameters, like filter cut-off offering a level of interactivity that is not only fun but visually engaging.

The Orbit can be used for adding or blending effects such as reverb and delay; launching hot cues or samples and tweaking and refinement control is handled by the large aluminum touch-sensitive control wheel which controls the selected virtual knob. It's also fully MIDI-mappable and can be connected via USB or low-latency wireless.

Portability and performance are at the heart of the Orbit, blurring the lines between booth and stage and getting the DJ out there and into the realms of dynamic, interactive performance.
