With this plan, you gain access to our Global Support team via email, operating from 8am-5pm CST, CET, and ICT. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you with any issues or queries you might have, ensuring your voice through video is always heard.
The ProTek Ultra plan also includes an extension of the initial hardware warranty during the covered period. This means that your NewTek equipment is protected for longer, giving you added confidence in your production setup.
One of the standout features of this plan is the Priority Hardware Repair service. As a ProTek customer, your hardware repair requests will be prioritized, minimizing downtime and keeping your production on track. In addition, our technicians may offer a remote diagnostic session to assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing your hardware issues, providing you with expert guidance when you need it most.
The ProTek Ultra plan also offers a 75% discount on all classes in the NewTek University portfolio, providing you with an opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills at a reduced cost.
In case of emergencies, you'll have 24x7 access to our Global Support via telephone, with a target response time of just 1 hour from your initial request. English language support is available, and all you need to access this service is your product name, serial number, and ProTek ID number.
We strive to provide a resolution within four hours of your initial request with our Expedited 4-Hour Service Resolution Goal. Plus, all your Ultra support inquiries will be expedited with our Priority Queue for Support Inquiries.
The Advanced Hardware Replacement feature is designed to reduce downtime by providing a factory reconditioned replacement product instead of returning your initial product for repair. This advanced exchange service is provided at NewTek's discretion and saves you significant downtime.
Please note that the NewTek Remote Storage is not eligible for Advanced Exchange. If the warranty period has expired, a reinstatement fee will be required to provide ProTek coverage. Once enrolled in the ProTek program, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your services at the beginning of the next contract period.
