The support team operates from 8am-5pm CST, CET, and ICT, ready to address your concerns via email.

The plan also extends the initial hardware warranty during the ProTek covered period, giving you added peace of mind. As a ProTek customer, you'll benefit from Priority Hardware Repair, ensuring your equipment gets the attention it needs promptly.

In case of hardware issues, a ProTek technician can offer a Remote Hardware Diagnostic Service. This service, provided on an as-needed and scheduled basis, assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing your hardware problems.

The ProTek Ultra plan also includes a 75% discount on all classes in the NewTek University portfolio, enhancing your knowledge and skills. For urgent issues, the plan provides 1-Hour Emergency Telephone Support, accessible 24x7. English language support is available, and the product name, serial number, and ProTek ID number are required for telephone assistance.

The plan aims for an Expedited 4-Hour Service Resolution Goal, striving to resolve your issues within four hours of your initial request. Your support inquiries will be prioritized in the queue for faster handling.
