This plan is designed to keep your voice heard through video, with a range of services tailored to enhance your confidence and protect your investment.

With the ProTek Ultra plan, you gain access to our Global Support team via email, operating from 8am-5pm CST, CET, and ICT. This ensures that no matter where you are in the world, you can reach out to our team for assistance.

In addition to extending your initial hardware warranty during the ProTek covered period, this plan also offers priority hardware repair services. This means that as a ProTek customer, your hardware repair needs are prioritized, reducing downtime and ensuring your production continues smoothly.

If you encounter hardware issues, our ProTek technicians are equipped to offer a remote diagnostic session. This service, provided on an as-needed and scheduled basis, assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing your hardware problems, saving you time and effort.

The ProTek Ultra plan also offers a generous 75% discount on all classes in the NewTek University portfolio, providing you with an opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge.

For urgent issues, the plan includes 1-Hour Emergency Telephone Support, available 24x7. Our target response time is within 1-hour from your initial request, and we provide English language support. Please note that your product name, serial number, and ProTek ID number will be required for telephone assistance.

We strive to provide a resolution within four hours of your initial request with our Expedited 4-Hour Service Resolution Goal. Furthermore, all Ultra support inquiries receive expedited handling with our Priority Queue for Support Inquiries.

To further reduce downtime, the ProTek Ultra plan includes an Advanced Hardware Replacement service. This means you'll receive a factory reconditioned replacement product instead of having to return your initial product for repair. This advanced exchange service is provided at NewTek's discretion.

Please note that if the warranty period has expired, a reinstatement fee will be required to provide ProTek coverage. Once enrolled in the ProTek program, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your services at the beginning of the next contract period.
