In the event of hardware issues, our ProTek technicians are equipped to offer remote diagnostic sessions. These sessions are scheduled as needed, ensuring you get the help you need when you need it.

As a bonus, ProTek customers receive a 75% discount on all classes in the NewTek University portfolio, providing an opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The plan also includes 24x7 access to ProTek Global Support via telephone, with a target response time of just 1 hour from your initial request. Please note that product name, serial number, and ProTek ID number are required for telephone assistance.
