The ProTek Ultra 1 Year Coverage Plan also offers a generous 75% discount on all NewTek University classes, enhancing your knowledge and skills. With 24x7 access to ProTek Global Support via telephone, you're never more than a phone call away from expert assistance. The target response time is just 1-hour from your initial request, with support available in English. Please note, product name, serial number, and ProTek ID number are required for telephone assistance.
Striving for excellence, we aim to provide a resolution within four hours of your initial request with our Expedited 4-Hour Service Resolution Goal. Your inquiries will also be prioritized in the queue for support inquiries, ensuring expedited handling of all Ultra support inquiries.
To minimize downtime, the ProTek plan includes Advanced Hardware Replacement. This means you'll receive a factory reconditioned replacement product instead of having to return your initial product for repair. Please note, the Advanced Exchange service is provided at NewTek's discretion and is not available for NewTek Remote Storage.
If your warranty period has expired, a reinstatement fee will be required to provide ProTek coverage. Once enrolled in the ProTek program, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your services at the start of the next contract period.
