The Neiger 19 and Neiger 19P ball heads are equipped with a 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw and a removable flash shoe.  Both ballheads accommadate shoe mounted flashes or cameras.  They are identical except for the pan base control on the 19P verision.

Ballhead locks very securely in any position/angle with my Metz 54mz4 attached.  Works surprisingly well for such a small ballhead.  Highly recommended.
