As I mostly shoot auto racing I wanted something that I could carry a couple lenses in as well as extra batteries and cleaning supplies as I am often in the woods or someplace hard to get to or get back from. I need to be self sufficient while there. This used to mean carrying a shoulder bag at minimum or a backpack. With this, I can carry everything I need and don't have to worry about setting anything on the ground.

Just lean your 300 2.8 over your shoulder, and easily find a strobe or change a lens on your second camera body.
