Great for SLR bodies.
The Newswear pouches are a lot better than anything else I have come across due to their simplicity & ease of use. Many pouch systems are over engineered & bulky. While the Newswear pouches won't protect your gear from serious knocks the lightweight padding will protect from the usual daily knocks & scrapes & will compress flat when not in use. Just what I needed
I needed a dark colored thin pouch to carry extra batteries and CF cards for when I shoot weddings. The Newswear Body Press Pouch looked exactly what I was looking for. The only down side was the heavy duty Velcro, it's loud when you pull apart,But on the side lines of a football game the tight Velcro is perfect and won't open when I follow the action.
